Questions owners ask
How do you keep dogs safe in the summer heat?
From May to October, walks run before 8am or after sunset. We test the pavement with the back of a hand for 7 seconds; if it's too hot, we switch to shaded or indoor play. We carry water on every walk and know the signs of heatstroke.
Does my pet need to be registered or vaccinated?
Yes. Dogs and cats should be microchipped, registered with Dubai Municipality and up to date on rabies vaccination. You can record these in your pet's profile, and we'll check the vaccination record at the meet & greet.
How do you handle keys and building access?
Keys and access cards are stored securely and labelled with a code, never your address. We can also register with your building's security or concierge.
What happens in an emergency?
We contact you straight away and take your pet to your chosen vet, or the nearest 24-hour clinic if yours is closed. Vet fees are paid by the owner; we can pay upfront and send you the receipt.
How far in advance should I book?
A week ahead is usually enough. For Eid, Christmas, New Year and the summer holidays, book 3 to 4 weeks ahead because sitters fill up fast.
How do I pay?
By card, bank transfer or payment link. Overnight stays need a 30% deposit to confirm, and the balance is due on the first day.
